Eat the Rainbow

This weekend, kids thought about how important colorful eating is. Different fruits and vegetables contain various vitamins and minerals that are healthy for our minds and bodies. We talked about all kinds of produce that could represent each color of the rainbow. Then, children drew and colored their fruits and vegetables to make their food rainbows. Despite some rain, children made beautiful drawings and learned more about the importance of a diverse plate.
