NYPL Halloween Arts & Crafts

NYPL Halloween Arts & Crafts

On Saturday, October 25, the Kids Club at The Market was filled with spooky fun and creativity! We were thrilled to partner with the New York Public Library, who led a festive Halloween arts and crafts activity for children and families.

Using simple materials like toilet paper rolls, markers, and stickers, kids transformed everyday items into ghosts, bats, pumpkins, and monsters. The tables were covered in color and laughter as the children proudly showed off their creations.

Materials:

  • Toilet paper rolls
  • Markers
  • Glitter
  • Stickers (optional)
  • Scissors (optional)

The NYPL team also handed out library cards and shared resources for families, encouraging everyone to keep reading, exploring, and learning beyond the market. It was a perfect mix of imagination and community connection.

Thank you to the New York Public Library Morningside Heights branch for bringing such a fun and educational activity to our Kids Club!
